In 2009, I attended a 3-day workshop on breastfeeding issues hosted by the Oklahoma WIC program. For the last 5 years, I have been a trained breastfeeding educator, and recently decided to pursue my certification.
I am proud to say that I have completed the Lactation Consultant Services Breastfeeding Educator’s Program created by Debi Bocar.
Having completed the training and passed the competency test, I am now a Certified Breastfeeding Educator (CBE).
