I recently attended a MotherMassage® training course that was created by Elaine Stillerman LMT.
This training course is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) Category-A provider; 24 contact hours granted from FL. Board of Massage, ICEA (21 contact hours), Lamaze International. Her massage program was developed to support and respect the physiological systems that are taxed and working overtime as a pregnant mother is growing her unborn baby.
I am honored to be adding this evidence-based service to provide a safe option for pregnant, birthing and postpartum mothers who would like to receive the benefits of a massage without having to worry about any harmful effects to their baby or themselves.
