This is a come and go event!.
When you arrive you will be given labeled ziplock bags with all the different entrees that you have pre-selected to make for your family.
You will then visit each assigned tables to complete each recipe, It is possible to complete this in 30-40 minutes depending on how may entrees you have to make.
When you return home you can place your protein into the bag before freezing. Or keep you bags refrigerated until you are ready to prepare that entree.
Dinner does not get any easier then this. ( unless you order take out. ;-))
